Manufacturing Process Overview:
- Washing Section: T-shirts undergo thorough washing using advanced Panasonic and LG machines to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
- Drying: The washed T-shirts are then dried using IFB Maxi Dry driers, maintaining fabric integrity and quality.
- Pressing: Pressing machines including Girison steam boiler, Italy steam press, and Silver Star Italy press ensure precise and neat finishing, enhancing the appeal of each T-shirt.
Washing Section: Washing Machines:
- Capacity: 70 to 80 lac T-shirts washed per year.
- Panasonic fully automatic washing machine, 9 kg capacity – 1 unit.
- LG semi-automatic washing machine, 7.5 kg capacity – 1 unit.
Drier:
- IFB Maxi Dry, 100% capacity, 5.5 kg – 2 units.
