Log in with your registered email, select the item from “My Order,” and click “Return/Exchange Order.

PACK YOUR ORDER
All returned products must be unused or unwashed or undamaged and packed properly with the original packaging and tags.

REVERSE PICKUP
Your order will be Picked up in 2-3 working days by our Courier Partners.

PACK YOUR ORDER
Once the product gets validated, your refund will be processed in 24-48 Hours. Your Money will reflect in your account in 5-7 working days.
Exchange Policy:
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you have received an incorrect item or if the size doesn’t fit, you have the option to exchange it within 7 days of delivery.
Knitzone will arrange for a pickup within 2-3 working days upon your exchange request. To facilitate the exchange process, please ensure that all products are unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
Please note that if the returned items do not meet these conditions, the exchange request will not be processed, and the order will be returned to the original address.
If the desired size is unavailable for exchange, you may opt for a refund as per our refund policy. No substitutions will be made for the same product.
Returns Policy:
We are committed to offering the latest fashion at affordable prices with the best quality fabric. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within 7 days of delivery.
Returning an item is easy with our online return process. Simply log in to your Knitzone account, navigate to the “My Orders” section, select the order, and click on “Return Product”. Alternatively, you can click on the provided link for immediate return processing.
Please be aware that shipping charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Additionally, a Rs. 100 reverse pickup fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Important Points to Remember:
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Pickups will be scheduled within 2-3 working days.
- All returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached. Items without tags will not be accepted.
- Refunds are contingent upon the returned items meeting the aforementioned conditions. Otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong, or missing product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly email us a photograph of the item in question. Failure to do so may result in the return not being processed.
Refund Policy:
Amount Refund:
- If you cancel your order, a full refund, including shipping and COD charges (if any), will be issued.
- Upon returning a product, shipping and COD charges will be deducted from the refund amount. Additionally, a Rs. 100 reverse shipping fee will apply. The remaining balance will then be refunded to you.
Mode of Refund:
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1-2 working days after the product is received. Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- For COD orders, refunds will be transferred to the bank account specified during the return request process. Funds will be credited within 7 working days.
- If incorrect bank details are provided, we will contact you for clarification. Failure to respond within 7 days will result in the refund being credited to your Knitzone Wallet.
Additional Information:
- E-wallet refunds will be credited to your Knitzone wallet within 2 working days after we receive the returned item.
- Refunds processed to the Knitzone Wallet cannot be reversed to your bank account.
- Any used or inappropriate products returned by customers will be sent back, and shipping charges will apply.
- If a pincode is not serviceable for returns, customers must arrange self-courier to the specified warehouse address. Return shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
